Two years in, and I'm THRILLED that there are now eleven of my staging kits out there, doing their thing to sell properties in Yorkshire and around England!
And I'm proud to have worked with 45 great clients, 11 of whom I'm VERY proud to say are now repeat clients.
Not a bad stat when you consider the snails pace speed at which anything property happens!

My busiest month to date
March 2024 was my busiest yet. As well as staging for sale, I completed 2 Serviced Accommodation projects for an investor in Liverpool. One was a Rent to SA, so we kept the spent on decorating to an absolutely minimum.
My dream project
The other was a back-to-brick refurb that allowed me to be fearlessly creative.

A new love of public speaking
This last year I've also been busy speaking on the property networking circuit about the psychology of selling, colour psychology and staging for sale. I've also got a new presentation prepped and ready to go 'How to Supercharge your SA'.

Staging is officially in my DNA...
Earlier this year, I teamed up with the newly launched Developer Network Assocation as their property staging partner. DNA is a private membership group designed to empower developers at every stage of the site delivery process, from land sourcing to business growth.
Property development is a hugely complex subject to navigate and DNA is committed to working with developers to help them achieve success. I'm very excited to be part of this community!
A snazzy website upgrade
I upgraded my website so that it's waaaay more user friendly and clearly sets out my services (thanks to Hayley Appleby-Burtt from Orange Lamb!)
So hopefully if you're a landlord, property investor or developer, you now know that I have the experience and the setup to help you make more money, more quickly!
