When people hear “staging,” they often think it just means putting a sofa in a living room and hoping for the best. But there’s a lot more going on behind the scenes, and everything we do is designed to help your property stand out, sell faster, and photograph beautifully.

Here, founder Louise Wynne breaks down what’s actually included when you book a professional property staging service with WildKind Interiors.

1. A Full Design Plan for Property Staging: Tailored to Your Buyer

We don’t do cookie-cutter, oh no! Before anything’s installed, we look at the property layout, price point, location, and your ideal buyer.

Then we create a plan that speaks directly to them, covering layout, furniture, colour palette, and styling details.

If we don’t have something in our warehouse, we’ll invest in it to ensure your home is staged and styled to show it off in its best light. That’s how we deliver a bespoke home staging service that works hard for you.

2. All the Furniture: Delivered and Installed

From beds and sofas to dining tables, rugs, and sideboards, we provide all the major furniture pieces to transform your empty property into a home that buyers can visualise themselves in.

And yes, it’s all delivered and installed by our team. You don’t have to lift a finger, and you definitely don’t need to hang about while we’re there. Come back once the magic has happened!

3. Soft Furnishings and Textiles

Think cushions, throws, rugs, and bedding. These are what make a space feel lived-in and emotionally inviting. It’s about colour, texture, tone, and flow from room to room.

At WildKind Interiors, we invest heavily in these extra details because they elevate the space from “meh” to “yeah!” as I like to say.

And it’s not just soft furnishings that do that. Keep reading…

4. Artwork and Wall Decor

Window dressings are a nice-to-have when staging a home - but they’re expensive. What’s essential, however, is artwork.

A room doesn’t look complete without it. It adds interest. It adds scale. It adds colour and presence. Quality artwork adds a level of finish that makes your property feel luxurious, not just functional.

We hang artwork using panel pins only (no drilling), so there’s minimal wall damage when we remove it and we can even fill pin holes for you on de-stage if needed.

5. Accessories That Feel Thoughtful, Not Generic

My background is styling for the big PLC housebuilders. When I launched WildKind Interiors, I saw a real gap in the market for high-end showhome staging but designed for SME developers and private sellers too.

Styling includes the wall art and soft furnishings, but it also means curated accessories: trays with books and candles, styled vases, greenery and ceramics. These touches create the lifestyle buyers aspire to. It’s the part that makes your property stand out online and feel irresistible in person.

6. Kitchen and Bathroom Styling

We style these areas with carefully chosen accessories; chopping boards, potted herbs, hand soap, fresh towels, so the space doesn’t just look great, it feels usable and real. Buyers love a kitchen that looks like they could cook in it tomorrow.

We don’t use kettles, toasters, or toilet roll holders. This isn’t about function. This is about selling the dream.

7. Property Staging and Defined Room Functions

That awkward third bedroom? We turn it into a home office or guest room. The landing nook? A styled reading space. We make sure every square foot works hard and tells a story.

Buyers today want to see how they’d live in the space. They won’t guess and staging helps them picture it instantly.

8. Lighting Considered Throughout

Our standard staging for sale package includes ambient lighting (lamps and non-electrical ceiling shades), which are easy to remove at the end of the rental period.

If you prefer electrical ceiling fittings, we can help with that too. Just ask and we’ll quote for a package that works with your property and the style of staging, and advise whether it’s worth the upgrade.

9. A Dressed Bed Buyers Want to Fall Into

Yes, we bring in full bedding: mattress, duvet, pillows, bed linen, and all the styling layers.

We dress the beds in a smart but sumptuous way; think boutique hotel, not rumpled magazine chic. Clean lines, soft layers, and a polished finish that photographs beautifully and sells the dream.

10. Furniture Rental for a Fixed Period + Professional De-Stage

You don’t need to buy anything outright. Everything is rented for the agreed staging period (minimum 6 weeks), with the option to extend if needed. Once your sale completes, we’ll return to collect everything and if your buyer falls in love with the look, we can price up items for purchase.

We leave the property as we found it; hassle-free and beautifully presented, from start to finish.

Bonus: Expert Eyes and Buyer Psychology

You won’t be chasing couriers or wondering which rug works with which sofa. You’ll get a fully staged property, ready to market, with a team behind it that knows exactly how to help buyers fall in love with a space.

And all of that? Done in one or two days.

With nearly 20 years of interior design experience and specialist training in colour and design psychology, I don’t guess what works. I know.

Louise's Final Thought

Staging isn’t just about furniture. It’s your most powerful marketing tool. When it’s done well, it helps your listing stand out, creates an emotional connection, and drives faster, stronger offers.

If you're preparing a property for sale and you want it to perform at its best

How can we help you?
